All our sites are built on a customized version of the WordPress platform, which our clients find to be extremely user-friendly.
We have customized the back end for ease of use, but we do include a selection of training videos for clients with little to no technical expertise.
Although you will be able to easily edit your site content any time you wish, we are always available to make changes for you, if you prefer.

How long does website design take?
The length of time it takes to build a site depends on several factors, but the most common are:

- Content Readiness, and
- Functionality Needed
If you have your content ready to go, and only need a simple one-page site, we could have you up and running in just a day or two. More complex sites could take as long as 12 weeks, depending on size and scope.
How much does it cost to build a website?
The average cost for a website can run from just a few hundred dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on size and scope. Our pricing is very straightforward, and can be found in our pricing section.
How many revisions are included?
As a general rule, we allow up to three revisions on designs prior to final approval; though, to be honest, we are very good at what we do, and have never needed more than one. On client-provided content, any revisions must wait until site hand-off, and are entirely your responsibility*.
*Exceptions can be made, such as in the case of a team member leaving prior to completion, etc..
Do I own the website once it's built?
Absolutely. This is the difference between having a custom site built and using a service like Wix or Squarespace. Unlike DIY website services, we don’t lock you into a contract with us; because you are responsible for obtaining your own hosting account (which we can walk you through), you own the entire site once we’re finished, and can move it or delete it whenever you so choose.
Will my site be mobile-friendly?
100%. All of our sites are built to be completely responsive, and work on any device.
Will I be able to make updates myself?
Yes! The customized admin area we provide our clients means that you’ll be able to edit your site content any time, day or night; and the included training videos mean you don’t even need any technical expertise to do it! If you can use Word or Google Docs, you won’t have any trouble editing your own content.
